He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Randy Costley (Sue), Duluth, Sandy Hoven and Brenda Sjoberg (Grant); his grandchildren, Kristin Costley, Matthew Costley (Morgan), Mark Helm (Jamie), Nichole Hoven (Tyler), Jeremy Ruiz, Nick Sjoberg and Drake Sjoberg; and his siblings, Betty Dills (Lloyd) of Seattle, WA, Lisa Higdon (David) and Tommy Costley (Bobbie) of Southaven, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
