He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Schweiger and Erma Schweiger (Miller); his brother Richard Schweiger; and his brother-in-law James "Jim" Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Superior, WI; his children, Thomas Schweiger of Superior, WI and Kelly Rogge (Chris) of Brooklyn Park, MN; his grandchildren, Grace, Anna and Adam Rogge; his siblings, Joan Anderson of Cable, WI, Jerry Schweiger (Peggy) of Spring, TX, Jeff Schweiger (Kathy) and Julie Grondahl (Butch) of Menahsa, WI; and his brother-in-law Gordy Nys (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
