He was predeceased by: his father Howard H. Moen Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Moen Jr. (MacDonald); his children, Cody and Kayden Moen; and his brothers, Aaron MacDonald (Mindy) and Troy Moen (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
