She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carr and Belva Carr. She is survived by: her former husband Harold D. Rutan; her husband Hal'; her sisters, Jean Carr and Jenny Benson; her son Duane (Paula); her granddaughter Valerie; her stepgrandson Nathan; and her stepgreat-grandson Theodore.
