She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Suminski and Anastasia Suminski; her husband Robert Leo Kollauf; and her siblings, Agnes Matyas, Margaret Shun and Edward Suminski.
She is survived by: her children, Robert and Lynn Tracy (Tom); her grandchildren, James (Cassandra), Daniel and Anne Tracy; and her great grandchild James T. Tracy IV (JT).
