He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Levin and Amelia Levin (Berglov); his sons, Michael and Mark Levin; and his siblings, Randolf, Vaughn Levin and Pearl Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Levin of Superior, WI; his children, Dale Levin (Dena) of Cloverland, WI and Toni Flyen of Superior, WI; his grandchildren, Lisa Seacotte of Superior, WI, Sherry Khane (Paul), Andy Flyen (Heidi), Jennifer Bohrer (Eric) and Jessica Levin; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Shawn Miller; Chonesanh, Asia, Madysen, Abby, Jayda, Sophia, Grayson, Grant and Mallory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
