He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Vicki Lull (Dick), Terri Maki (Dale), Mike Berry (Misty) and Rob Berry (Karen Jukich); Bridget Kubala. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
