We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2019, at the age of 90, Ruth C. Allen (Superior, Wisconsin), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Woodliff and Majell Woodliff (Houghtling); and her siblings, Violet, Elizabeth, Maida, Faye and Ted.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Young (Dana) of Oliver, WI, Beth Chisholm (Scott), George Woodliff (Sherry) of Wisconsin, Bruce Woodliff (Lyndee) of Indiana, Bryan Woodliff (Lora) of Arkansas and Ted Woodliff of Florida; and her pet Ellie. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
