She was predeceased by: her son Todd; her parents, Parker H. Pearson and Marjorie Mae Edwards Pearson; her husband Donald; and her brother Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Sandstrom (Doug) of Mesa, AZ and Scott Chowan (Carrie) of Two Harbors, MN; her grandchildren, Jeremy Taschuk (Mindy), Patrick Taschuk, Garrett Taschuk (Cara), Tyler Spry (Leanne), Caitlin (Jeremy Koller) and Madeleine Briscoe (Chandler); and her sisters, Nancy Jones (Roy), Sue Clarity (John Smuda), Georgeann Wright (Andrew) and Linda Shannon (Dennis Christensen). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Sally Jane Chowan, 82, of Superior, Wisconsin, and formerly of International Falls, MN died on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Hospital in Superior, after a long battle with dementia/Alzheimer's.
