She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Phillips and Helen Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her sons, Shane Roy (Rita) of South Range and Josh Smith of Superior; her stepchildren, Dennis Carroll, Jr. (Crystal) of Mansfield, TX, Tammy Pyron (Scott) of Spring Hill, TN and John Carroll (Amy) of Euless, TX; her siblings, Robert Anderson, Jay Anderson (Sue), Marion, Rose, Candy, Patti and Bummer Phillips (Shannon); her siblings-in-law, Tom Carroll (Kathy), Mike Carroll (Abbie), Dave Carroll (Holly) and Kathy Peterson; and her friends, Bonnie Lehner and Frannie Holland. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
