She was predeceased by: her parents, Esteri Tasaranta (Kajaani) and Mauri Tasaranta; her husband Albert Amundson; her son Paul Amundson; and her brother Felix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Van Kauwenbergh (Gary) of Fitchburg and Dianne Tomczak (Mark) of Foxboro; her grandchildren, Jack Van Kauwenbergh (Jennifer), Brad Van Kauwenbergh (Jennifer), Amy Van Kauwenbergh, Greg Trettin (Rebecca), Jennifer Johnstad (Chad), Ryan Amundson (Meghan), Rachel Tomczak and Josh Tomczak; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Elizabeth, Leah, Lilianna, Max, Olivia, Gracie, Kalani, Kylie and Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a funeral service at Our Saviors Lutheran Church will be scheduled at a future date.
