He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Mary (Hoffman). He is survived by: his son Eric (Catarina); his grandchildren, Angel (Serenity), Eric (Catarina), James (Henry) and Autumn (Shannon); his wife Melissa Olson (Tenlen); his grandchild Serenity; his daughter Autumn Gallagher (Shannon); his grandson Henry; his sister Darla; and his sibling's children, Clarissa, Dano and Patrick.
His family requests donations be made to No Kid Hungry in lieu of flowers/cards.
