He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sawyer and Ruth Sawyer (Priem); his wife Claudia; and his siblings, Doris Howe, Allen St. Marie, Lorraine Berger and Shirley Pasco.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Impola (Dave) of Big Lake, MN and Todd Sawyer (Cindy) of North Plains, OR; his grandchildren, Alicia Infante (Edward), Nicholas Sawyer (Aimee) and Sarah Impola; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Lola Infante, Jeremy and Owen Sawyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
