With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter E. Kirshtner (Superior, Wisconsin), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Kirshtner (Stogentine) and Ernest Kirshtner; his wife DeLorr 'Dee'; and his brothers, Bob (Diann) and Rich Kirshtner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Willie (Edward) of Superior and Connie Morehouse (Rob) of Superior; his grandchildren, Caden, Sam Willie, Keely and Joe Morehouse; his brother Ernie Kirshtner (Mary) of Oxnard, CA; his sister-in-law Marie Kirshtner of Montgomery, IL; his nephews, Mark Kirshtner of Cable, WI and David Kirshtner (Shana) of Montgomery, IL; his brother-in-law Ed Pacholke (Cindy) of Rice Lake, WI; and his sibling's children, Cory, Cara, Curt, Kelly, Patrick, Shannon, Kathleen and Timothy.
Due to COVID-19 and the Governor's mandates a private family burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery Veteran's Memorial Park with military honors accorded by the Richard I. Bong American Legion Post #435.
