He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Linster (Bill) and Carol Linster (Pommier); his grandparents, Joseph, Martha Linster (Bruels), Bernice Pommier (Strathe), Victor and Irene Pommier; and his brother-in-law Michael Fehilly.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Linster (Gerry) of Fargo, ND, Diane Johnson (Greg) of Stanley, ND, Butch Linster (Sandy) of Rapid City, SD, Brenda Jarmin (Randy) of Stanley, ND, Patricia Linster of Minneapolis, MN, Caryn Wold (Cordell) of Watford City, ND, Judy Bryant (David), Brandon and Manitoba; and his aunt Isabelle Pommier. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews along with great nieces/nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Barkers Island INN Resort & Conference Center (300 Marina Dr, Superior, WI 54880).
