He is survived by: his children, Alyssa Poiso, Elizabeth Tobolski, John, Kent Poiso and Damen Rankin; his grandsons, Blaine Tobolski and Lucas Lamb; his sisters, Gloria O'Brien (Sean) and Jane Fontenot (Michael Farris); his mother Barbara Severson (Brownell); his fiancé Billye Sue Grennier; and his close friends, Billy Carol and Mouse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
