He is survived by: his son David Banks; his grandchildren, Zak, Brandon, Storm and Snowden; his sisters, Lori Francisco (Lee), Diane Zanuzoski and Debra Schafter (Gary); his nieces, Mollee Heinle (Chad) and Nikkee Francisco; his great-nephew Tanner; his great-niece Pippa Heinle; and his pet Max.
