It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A. Lato of Thorp, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Lato and Josephine Lato (Budzinski); his wives, Agnes C. Lato and Margaret E. Lato; his son Ted Lato; his son-in-law Bob Dion; his grandson Derrick Fravert; his great grandchildren, Zendaya Kadolph and Jackson Petke; and his siblings, Stella Lato, Mary Grabowski, Rose Long, Nellie Purkapile, Ann Zajak, Vincent, Paul and Stanley Lato.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Brent Lato, Jason Lato, Travis Petke, Nathan Petke, Quentin Fravert, Ken Kadolph, Kurt Kadolph and Kevin Kadolph; his children, Roy Lato (Judy) of Thorp, Jean Kadolph (Randy) of Waupaca, Joan Petke (Fred) of Thorp, Mary Fravert (Fred) of Merrill and Rita Dion of Dresser; his stepchildren, Keene Robl (Debra), Mark Robl, Alan Robl (Tammy), Anthony Robl, Jr. (Jeri), Ann Clabots (Chris), Colleen Robl and Rita Robl; his grandchildren, Katrina, Kayla, Ashley, Dave and Dan; and also Agnes. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
