He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon F. Peterson and Myrtle Peterson (Pike); his sister Yvonne Koelber; his nephew Eddie Koelber; and his brother-in-law David Rotell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his stepchildren, Rachel, Shawn Matson and Joshua Linke (Cassandra); and his children, Vernon Peterson (Pang) and Rebecca Bishop (Joey).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the ALS Foundation, 1800 N. Prospect Avenue, Suite 4B, Milwaukee, WI 53202, in honor of Vernon's memory.
