He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephanek and Frances Stephanek (Foytik); his siblings, Anthony Stephanek (Catherine), Frances Grygleski (Edward), Ann Riley (Elmer) and Angeline Zydzik (Walter); and his siblings' children, Daniel Grygleski and Louise Wagner (Ronald).

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Edward Grygleski, Walter Gene Zydzik (Myra), Donald Riley (Judy), Tom Riley (Mary Lou), Phyllis Zydzik, Mary Alesandri (Al) and Marsha Grygleski.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Queen of the Apostles Choir fund.
