She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto F. Tessmer and Elfrieda M. Tessmer (Dettman); her husband Harold; her brothers, Kenneth Tessmer and Elmer Tessmer; and her sister-in-law Wilma Tessmer.

She is survived by: her nieces, Adella Lueck (Duane) and Caroline Tessmer-Brown; and her nephew Donald Tessmer. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
