He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Verzal and Alberta Verzal (Hawke); and his brothers, Jeffrey Verzal and Terry Verzal. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Wormley (Jarrod) of Sun Prairie; and his siblings, Rod Verzal (Carol) of Bristol, Pam Diaz of Kenosha, Timothy, Mayor and Joel Verzal (Sherry) of Antigo.
