He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bailey and Loretta Bailey (De La Hunt). He is survived by: his wife Jane Smith; his children, Jonathon Bailey (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Cindy Bailey of Tomah; his grandchildren, Mitchell Bailey, Angela Wilson (Kirk) and Adam Martin; his great grandchild Aria Wilson; and his siblings, Dean Bailey (Karen), Jay Bailey (Patty), Curt Bailey (Susan) and Deanna Vichorek (Jeffrey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Due to Covid concerns, those in attendance are encouraged to wear a face mask and respect social distancing guidelines.
Memorials may be made to Queen of the Apostles Parish in Tomah.
