She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Gallagher and Mildred Gallagher (Doering); and her brother-in-law Jim Lutz. She is survived by: her children, Darin Ducklow and Andrea Ducklow; her grandchildren, Dillon, Kelsey and Hannah; her great grandchild Doolin Pearson; and her sister Patricia Lutz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Rosalie wanted her obituary to read that she "died of boredom, due to the Covid pandemic shut down.".
