He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Hofmann and Elaine Hofmann (Rhymer); and his sister Rita. He is survived by: his significant other Kim Ulatowski of Tomahawk; his sons, Matthew Hofmann of Missouri and Ethan Hofmann of Tomahawk; his siblings, Allen Rhymer (Kathy) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Georgiana Aguilar (Luis) of Wind Lake, WI, Christina Ringwell of Missouri and Evalina Hofmann of Milwaukee; his stepdaughters, Hanna Anderson of Tomahawk, Ashly Anderson of Sheboygan, WI and Brittany Anderson of Tomahawk; and his grandchildren, Ciana, Connor and Ali. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
