He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Lois. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Lezon (Joseph) of Downers Grove, IL, Karen Uzzardo of Hindsale, IL and Dean Kucera of Oak Park, IL.. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
