He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinton Lukes and Helen Lukes (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Donald Lukes (Nancy), David Lukes (Julie), Kathryn Jerabek, Terry Myren (Jim) and Kerry Fetzer (Mick). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
