It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Brown (Tomahawk, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 24, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brown and Minnie Brown (Schmidt); the mother of his children Donna Running (Wales); and his siblings, Robert, Jr. and Jean Stavros.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug and Don; his wife Lois Brown of Tomahawk; his children, Douglas Brown (Robin) of Tomahawk, Donda Pegenau (Thomas) of Iron Mountain, MI, Doreen Brown (Keith) of Rhinelander, WI and Darlene Grant; his stepchildren, Nicholas Vangalis (June) of Wausau, WI, John Vangalis (Kristine) of Oak Creek, WI, Matthew Vangalis (Kellie) of Lauder Hills, FL and Victoria Vangalis-Zepp of Tallahassee, FL; his sister Barbara Schmidt of Arlington Heights, IL.; and his close friends, Buddy Koffke, Tom Dittmer, David Lundberg and Robert Grulke. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren and 24 Great-Grandchildren.
