She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Anita Smith (Scheller); her husband Fredrick Bless; and her brothers, Kermit Smith (Peggy), Elroy Smith (Margaret) and Wayne Smith (Eloise).

She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Bless (Christel) of Manzanillo and Mexico (Ronald Bless). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
