He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Fischer; his daughter Keli Derfus (Dominic); his grandchildren, Ian and Lauren; his brother Ken Fisher (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Jay Johnson (Nancy), Barbara Fisher and Sally Martindale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
