She was predeceased by : her parents, Ida Kokoszka (Bouffard) and John Kokoszka; and her brother John Kokoszka. She is survived by : her daughters, Annette M. Correia (Bruce), Cheryl Silvia and Denise Wesolek (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Nicholas Silvia, Eric Silvia, Gabrielle Greenway and Haley Ferreira; her great grandchild Mackenzie Silvia; and her brothers, Henry, Walter and Jerry Kokoszka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
