He is survived by : his spouse Robin Lee Head; his sons, Robert Butera (Amanda Wenger) of Paddock Lake, WI and Thomas Butera of Salem Lakes, WI; his grandchildren, Lilly Rae Butera and Isaac Walton Conley; and his siblings, Carl Butera, Leonard Butera, Kathy Donovan, Rose Abernathy, Elizabeth Butera, Diane Wolf, Tim Butera and Jack Butera.
