He is survived by : his parent Jeanette; his children, Joshua Punko, Corey Punko (Nicole), Angie Kaster and Aeron Kaster; his grandchildren, Dakota, Camren, Casey Punko, Maddy Hanlon and Corbyn Kaster; his brother Thomas Punko (Patricia); his sister-in-law Jane Punko; and his former life partners, Donna and Lori. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
