He is survived by : his parents, Nicholas S. and Eleanor Kavouras II (Kurgan); his spouse Tamera Kavouras (Cockrum) of Trevor, WI.; his children, Nicholas S. Kavouras, IV of Kenosha, WI. and Kimberly Koukal (Dean) of Antioch, IL.; his grandchildren, Nicholas S. Kavouras, Madison Jane Koukal and Jack William Koukal; his brother Thomas Kavouras (Vicki); his mother-in-law Terry (Brian); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Cockrum (Karleen) and Kimberly Stephens (Jeff). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
