He was predeceased by : his sister Annette Hargett; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Franks and Dwight Black. He is survived by : his wife Sherry Hilbert; his children, Chad (Brenda) and Shelly Stoll (Jay); his great grandchildren, Weston Franks, Wyatt Sasala and Raelynn Franks; his siblings, Joe Franks, Dixie Black and Wanda Ray (Darnell); his brother-in-law Glen Hargett; and also, Jacob Franks (Rebecca), Jesse Franks (Briana Raab), Sabrina Franks and Kaylee Stoll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
