Wilburn, Sr. (Urszula); his children, Shane C., Jr. Wilburn (Alexis Schoonover), Savannah Wilburn, Kaiden Wilburn and Jude Wilburn; his brother Gary L. Jr. Wilburn (Heather); his former life partners, Kelly Wilburn and Carrie Las; his nieces, Arianna and Alexis; and his nephew Tyler. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
