He was predeceased by : his parents, James A. Smith and Karen Smith (DeFoe) of Bayfield; and his wife Debra Rusch Smith. He is survived by : his siblings, Randy, Kenny (Cathy) of Bayfield, Darren (Bobann) and Laurie Martin of Eau Claire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
