He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sullivan and Violet Sullivan (Gulseth); his siblings, Dona, James and Darrell; and his siblings' children, Eddie Sullivan, Scott Miller and Lauri Sullivan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Miller (Wayne) of Traverse City, MI and Debra Raemisch (Dan) of Cape Coral, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Marlyne "Molly" Sullivan of Waterloo and Sue Sullivan of Lake Mills. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
