He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter "Bud" and Margaret Miller; his brother Robert Miller; and his nephew Jerry Miller. He is survived by : his siblings, Barbara Miller, Steve Miller (Margaret) and John Miller (Mary) of Beaver Dam; his sister-in-law Diane Miller of Florida; and his close friends, Katy, Jimmy Caron, Josh Ludlow, Greg Bowers, Steve and Terry Sauer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
