He is survived by: his wife Sarah Miller; his children, Destiny Goldman (Anthony Smith), Taylor Creed (Alyssa Dicken), Cameron, Caleb, Tyson, Aryssa, Ella, Alena, Alivia, William and Jeremy Jr.; his siblings, Bailey Hillner (Jonathan), Christopher Hartwig and Katherine Hartwig (James); his brothers-in-law, Josh and John Miller; his stepmother Laura Hatch; and his uncles, John Hatch (Brenda) and Tim Klebe. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and two unborn grandchildren.
