Phillips of Watertown, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Cassel and Virgina Cassel; her husband Joseph J. Phillips; her sister Pat; and her brother-in-law Dennis Rakowski.
She is survived by : her children, Dawn Johnson (Dave) and Jeff Phillips (Mary); her grandchildren, David Johnson (Melinda), Christopher Johnson (Allyssa), Sam and Carly Phillips; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Benjamin, Ella and Jack Johnson; her sister Barbara Miller (Deane); her niece Tracie Asher (Marty); and her nephew Mark Rakowski.
