With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor Martha Thoresen (Waukesha, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sverre Asbjarn Thoresen; her parents, Alfred Frinken and Elizabeth Frinken (Elsie); and her sister Elsbeth Heaney (Beth). She is survived by: her children, Karen Braun (Jeff), Erik Thoresen (Patti) and Jon Thoresen (Dianne Reuter); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kiersten, Ellyn Braun, Kayla, Jacob Sverre and Kaitlyn Thoresen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
