She was predeceased by: her father Adolph Heinrich; the father of her children James Kozlik; and her sister Marjorie McCarthy (Jim). She is survived by: her mother Margaret Heinrich; her children, Mike Kozlik (Darla), Paula Carson (David), Jim Kozlik (Cynthia) and Scott Kozlik (Diane); her grandchildren, Matthew Kozlik, William Pagel (Sierra), Owen Kozlik, Caden Kozlik and Delaney Kozlik; and her sister Eileen Schaeffer (Chet). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
