He is survived by : his former life partner Kelly Gates of Waukesha; his children, Tatum Gates of Waukesha and Cy Gates of Waukesha; his father Frederick Gates of The Villages; his stepmother Nancy Gates of Summerfield; and his siblings, Tracey Gates (Michael Mueller) of New Berlin and Sean Gates (Victoria) of Menomonee Falls. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
