We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 79, Patricia Ann Melendes (Waukesha, Wisconsin), born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Ann Melendes to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony and Betty; and her brother-in-law David Springmann. She is survived by : her husband Joe; her children, Mark (Christine) and Sarah; her grandson Matthew (Maria); and her siblings, Dr Anthony S. Lazar (Bernice), Theresa Lazar-Springmann and Vincent J. Lazar (Lisa).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home (1110 S Grand Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
