He was predeceased by : his parents, Adam Neis and Margaret Neis; and his brother Robert. He is survived by : his wife Patricia "Pat" Schmitt of Waukesha; his children, Carrie Neis, Steven Neis (Paula), Sheri Portz (Dan) and Scott Neis (Tina); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla Neis, Lauren Neis, Andrew Neis, Alyssa, Danny and Dylan Portz; and his brother Philip Neis. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
