He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Muskat and Ida Muskat; his wife Beverly Mariana; and his siblings, Joseph, Lawrence, Sister Monica Muskat and Zita Pretasky.
He is survived by: his children, Mariana "Ana" Beier (Walt) of Duluth, Cynthia Muskat (Dale Gentry) of Moscow, ID, Maureen Engeseth (Svein) of Bergen, Norway, John of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, James (Renay) of Mooresville, IN and Thomas (Kim Lawrence) of Watertown, MN; his sisters, Rose Marcou of LaCrosse, WI and Kathleen Grise (Cal) of Columbia Falls, MT; and his close friend Betty Currier. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
