He is survived by: his wife Carol Durik (Palka); his children, Nancy Lally, Gail Walters (Ron), Dawn Turner (Frank), Andrew Albert Durik (Svetlana), Curtis Durik (Brenda) and Christopher Durik; his grandchildren, Sara Walters, Jeffrey Walters (Kristie), Traci Cole (Andrew), Samantha Teixeira (Christopher), Frank Turner, Aleksandra Durik and Andrew Durik; and his great grandchild Camille.
