He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chappa and Theresa Chappa (Strebelinski); and his siblings, Carl and Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Mark Chappa and Karin Wilson (Jamie); his granddaughters, Brittney and Cheyanne; his great grandchild Bentley; and his siblings, James Chappa (Lucille), John Chappa, Thomas Chappa, Gerald Chappa, Maryanne Kasuboski, Nancy Chappa and Linda Chappa-Guell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
