It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christine A. Chappell of Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cook and Myrtle Cook; and her husband Gerald Chappell. She is survived by: her children, Steve (Kathleen), Cyndi (Rob) and Scott; her grandchildren, Scotty (Jessica), Noah (Elsa), Zachary (Diana), Anya (Andrew), Brandon, Cody and Jessica (Glenn); and her great grandchildren, Ryden, Shaylynne, Nora, Lincoln, Sebastian and Valentina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, a sister-in-law, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the A. J. Holly & Sons (526 S Main St, Waupaca, WI 54981). A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Portage County Public Library, Stevens Point branch, or Bethany Home, Waupaca, Wisconsin.
